As Principal Contractor, John F Hunt Regeneration excavated and disposed of excess soil from a section of Paddington Old Cemetery and constructed 225 new burial plots using precast concrete vaults.

Compliant fill materials were imported to site, placed and compacted in accordance with the specification and the new vaults installed under an approved lifting plan.

New pathways and landscaped areas finished the burial section to a very high standard.

Handover to the client, London Borough of Brent Council, was on time, to budget and without incident.
